Jatin is an Assistant Vice President at Hansuttam Finance Ltd. He brings more than 13 years of experience in the field of Project Financing, Private Equity Syndication, M&A Advisory and Debt Restructuring across India and the MENA region.
Jatin has advised companies on investment structures, acquisitions, valuations, divestiture, deal negotiations, due-diligence and business/ capital restructuring.
Jatin has previously worked with Alfanar, Saudi Arabia in their renewable energy business where he was responsible for bid management and fund raising activities. He also worked with A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd. Where he was responsible for raising funds for their Waste Management Division.
He is a management graduate from I.I.S.W.B.M., Calcutta University
