Dipti Chopra
Chairman, Hansuttam Group
Dipti is the Chairman of the Hansuttam Group, and heads the Board of Directors. He has close to three decades of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Strategic & Financial advisory business.
Dipti is responsible for setting the Group's vision and strategy, driving overall execution, managing the team and providing guidance and advice to all of the Group’s clients. He is also responsible for the company’s key external relationships with strategic and financial partners.
Dipti advises promoters in the area of project development based on PPP models for large infrastructure assets, linking up consortium stakeholders, raising funds for them, structuring transactions, and devising entry strategies for international organizations looking to India as an investment destination. Dipti has a track record of having advised or raised funds for multi-billion dollar projects in urban transport, aviation, power, oil & gas, and real estate
Dipti currently serves as a member of infrastructure committee at Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce (FICCI), Member of the Infrastructure Committee at Assocham, and Member of the Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Committees at the PHD Chamber.
Over the past decade, Dipti has been an active speaker at domestic and international seminars. He has authored and presented papers at workshops and conferences on the topic of infrastructure, real estate funds, REITS, infrastructure funds etc.
