Shyam Kishore
Executive Director
Shyam is an Executive Director in HFL, and heads the Equity Syndication Practice in the firm. He has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and investment banking.
As a consultant, Shyam has advised several international and Indian companies in a cross-section of industries on business planning, opportunity identification, project conceptualization, market & industry analysis, strategy development and financial analysis.
As an Investment Banker, Shyam has extensive experience in advising companies on investment structuring, acquisitions, valuations, JV formation & divestiture, business re-organization, deal negotiations, due-diligence, business/ capital restructuring, business reviews and feasibility analysis.
Over the past decade, Shyam has been an active speaker at domestic and international seminars. He has authored and presented papers at workshops and conferences on the topic of infrastructure, real estate funds, REITS, etc.
Prior to HFL, Shyam worked with Feedback Ventures, one of the largest infrastructure consulting companies in India for a decade and was responsible for anchoring the execution of assignments.
Shyam is an MBA from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanthi Nilayam
